I heard you were going to track £20 notes around the country how did that go?

Its going well, its an ongoing project that’s taken on a life of its own, I’m still getting texts from the notes so I guess it’ll end when the texts stop coming in. I wrote on the notes with a typewriter that they were in my possession on a certain date and place with a contact txt number for the holder of the note to let me know where it is now… had some great responses. I got one response from a £10 note which was in the possession of a girl in Scotland night club she had just received it over the bar from some gurning speed freak. Two weeks later it turned up in Dorset where a middle-aged woman name Jane was just taking it down to the farmers market to spend on vegetables.

Email shot, promotion for note tracking...

What do you try to say through your art and methods of exhibition?

Have fun, were all in it together.

Got any commissions lined up?

Don't do commissions!

So there is an exhibition in Bath for the next couple of weeks, tell us a little about what will be on show?

Its part of the Bath fringe festival, manly organised by Hal camplin aka laconic badger trap and curator and owner of kangaroo court. We have produced an exhibition of cat art, made by or with cats. Cat poo birds, piano playing cats, cat paw(n) art.
